Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Whisper Walks Dubrovnik's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Payment

​

When you book a walk with us:

• All bookings are subject to availability

• Full payment is required at the time of booking

• Prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes

• You will receive a confirmation email with walk details

Cancellation Policy

​

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48+ hours before: Full refund

• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel walks due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Participant Responsibilities

​

As a participant, you agree to:

• Arrive at the meeting point on time

• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing

• Inform us of any physical limitations or health concerns

• Follow the guide's instructions for safety

• Respect nature and local communities

Liability

​

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, participation in our walks is at your own risk. Whisper Walks Dubrovnik is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the walks. We recommend that all participants have appropriate travel and health insurance.

Photography and Content

​

During our walks, photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of these images. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide.

Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
